It encompasses nationwide land surveys, land change surveys, and special land surveys.
The Second National Land Survey was launched comprehensively on July 1, 2007, and completed on December 31, 2009. The Third National Land Survey, initiated on October 9, 2017, aims to be completed by 2020, holding significant importance in implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development, building a harmonious socialist society, promoting sustainable economic and social development, and strengthening the management of land and resources.
The "Integrated Real Estate and Land" registration process involves registering homesteads and houses on collectively-owned construction land that have been built and used but were not previously registered under the integrated system. It also issues real estate ownership certificates for eligible homesteads and houses on collectively-owned construction land.
Land consolidation refers to activities aimed at improving land use efficiency and ensuring the sustainable use of land resources, including the reclamation of underutilized land, the restoration of land damaged by production and construction activities or natural disasters, and the development of unused land.
